Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return:
    • Email our customer service team at support@1celly.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization:
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item:
    • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your proof of purchase and RMA number.
    • Ship the item(s) to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Inspection and Approval:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Refunds

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and approving the returned item(s).
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Partial Refunds:

  • Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances (e.g., items returned not in original condition, items returned beyond the 30-day return period).

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@1celly.com.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@1celly.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Shipping

Return Shipping Costs:

  • You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Shipping Costs for Original Order:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
